As a Safety Man, you will be responsible for monitoring and implementing K3 (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja) regulations to prevent accidents and maintain compliance with national safety standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and enforce K3 regulations and safety standards at the construction site
- Conduct regular safety inspections and identify potential hazards
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine causes and prevent recurrence
- Develop and implement safety protocols and emergency response procedures
- Train workers and contractors on safety practices and proper use of equipment
- Maintain accurate safety records and documentation
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Report safety concerns to management and recommend corrective actions
Kualifikasi
- Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health (K3) is required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction site safety
- Familiarity with Indonesian K3 regulations and standards
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency response procedures
- Proficiency in safety reporting documentation
