Tanggung Jawab
- <ul><li>Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures in strict adherence to local regulations.</li><li>Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken immediately.</li><li>Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis to prevent recurrence and improve safety protocols.</li><li>Manage the safety training and induction program, ensuring all employees and contractors are up-to-date with WSH (Workplace Safety and Health) standards.</li><li>Monitor compliance with statutory requirements and prepare detailed reports for management and regulatory bodies.</li><li>Collaborate with project managers to integrate safety considerations into project planning and execution.</li><li>Promote a positive safety culture through regular communication, toolbox talks, and engagement activities.</li></ul>
Kualifikasi
- <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related technical field.</li><li>Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a Safety Manager role, preferably within the construction, engineering, or facilities management sector.</li><li>Possession of NEBOSH or OSHA certifications is highly preferred.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of Singapore Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act and other relevant local safety regulations.</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence behavior change.</li><li>Proficiency in using safety management software and MS Office applications.</li><li>Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a multi-disciplinary team.</li></ul>
