Join Building Foundation Construction Division Indonesia as a Safety Officer and play a pivotal role in safeguarding our workforce and construction sites. In this critical position, you will ensure compliance with national safety regulations (K3) and international standards while fostering a proactive safety culture. Your expertise will directly reduce workplace incidents, enhance operational efficiency, and protect our most valuable asset—our people. This role offers the opportunity to work on landmark infrastructure projects while making tangible contributions to Indonesia's construction safety standards.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive safety policies aligned with K3 regulations and OHSAS 18001 standards
- Conduct regular site inspections, hazard assessments, and risk mitigation planning
- Investigate accidents and near-misses to implement corrective actions and preventive measures
- Deliver safety training programs for employees and contractors on equipment handling and emergency procedures
- Maintain accurate safety documentation including incident reports and compliance records
- Collaborate with project managers to integrate safety protocols into construction planning
- Monitor PPE usage and ensure proper safety equipment availability across all work sites
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or Construction Management
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction safety roles with K3 certification
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian safety regulations (UU No. 1/1970) and international safety standards
- Incident investigation and root cause analysis certification preferred
- Proficiency in safety management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills with ability to train diverse workforce
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or OSH certification highly desirable
