Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive health and safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular site safety audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
- Provide training and guidance to employees regarding safety protocols, emergency response, and PPE usage.
- Investigate all workplace incidents, accidents, or near-misses and provide thorough root-cause analysis reports.
- Ensure full compliance with DOLE regulations and other relevant government safety standards.
- Maintain accurate safety documentation, records, and reports for management review.
- Collaborate with department heads to integrate safety best practices into daily operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
- BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) or COSH (Construction Occupational Safety and Health) certification is required.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience as a Safety Officer or in a similar compliance role.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws and OHS standards.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex safety information clearly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
