In this pivotal role, you will be the cornerstone of our Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) operations. You will be responsible for monitoring, enforcing, and continuously improving workplace safety compliance to the highest standards, strictly adhering to Malaysian regulations set by DOSH, DOE, and USECHH. You will drive continuous improvement in our safety performance, conduct comprehensive risk assessments, and ensure all operational activities meet legal and corporate safety requirements.

Tanggung Jawab
- Enforce and monitor workplace safety compliance in accordance with Malaysian regulations (DOSH, DOE, USECHH).
- Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and comprehensive risk assessments across manufacturing and logistics operations.
- Develop, implement, and review Safety and Health policies, procedures, and Safe Work Procedures (SWP).
- Lead investigations into workplace incidents, accidents, and near misses, ensuring thorough root cause analysis and sustainable corrective actions.
- Coordinate and deliver engaging safety training programs, including induction, toolbox talks, and emergency response drills.
- Manage the inventory, storage, handling, and disposal of hazardous chemicals and scheduled wastes in full compliance with regulations.
- Prepare and submit accurate HSE reports and documentation to management and regulatory bodies (DOSH, DOE, CIDB) in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update the HSE documentation system, including HIRARC, Chemical Register, legal register, and relevant permits and licenses.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- Registered Safety and Health Officer (SHO) with DOSH (Green Book holder) is mandatory.
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience as a Safety Officer in the manufacturing or logistics industry.
- In-depth knowledge of OSHA 1994, FMA 1967, EQA 1974, and USECHH regulations.
- Certified trainer or competent in conducting safety training is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with HSE reporting software.
