Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive safety policies and procedures for construction projects
- Conduct regular site inspections, hazard assessments, and compliance audits
- Investigate workplace incidents and prepare detailed accident reports
- Organize and deliver safety training programs for employees and contractors
- Monitor adherence to OHS regulations and company safety standards
- Coordinate emergency response drills and safety equipment maintenance
- Maintain accurate safety documentation and regulatory compliance records
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field
- Safety Officer certification (SMK3) from Indonesian authorities
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction safety management
- Proficiency in OHS regulations (K3) and national safety standards
- Strong analytical skills for risk assessment and incident investigation
- Certification in First Aid and emergency response procedures
- Excellent communication skills for training and stakeholder engagement
