Tanggung Jawab
- Assist management in developing and implementing comprehensive safety programs to remove workplace hazards.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with OHS standards and local regulations.
- Investigate workplace accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Train employees on safety protocols, emergency procedures, and the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain accurate safety records, reports, and documentation for regulatory purposes.
- Monitor work practices to identify potential risks and correct unsafe behaviors immediately.
- Coordinate with external agencies or consultants when necessary to ensure continuous improvement in safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Valid Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) license or certification in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Extensive knowledge of Philippine Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHS).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify risks and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for training and reporting.
- Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to emergency situations.
