PT. Mest Indonesiy is seeking a dedicated Safety Officer to ensure our workplace maintains the highest standards of occupational health and safety compliance. This critical role involves developing, implementing, and monitoring safety protocols to prevent accidents, injuries, and health hazards across all operations. You will be instrumental in fostering a proactive safety culture through regular inspections, employee training, and continuous improvement of safety systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in K3 (Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja) regulations and a passion for protecting our workforce.
Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive risk assessments, investigating incidents, and ensuring adherence to Indonesian safety standards. You will collaborate with department heads to integrate safety practices into daily operations and maintain meticulous documentation of safety activities. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and enforce company-wide safety policies and procedures
- Conduct regular workplace safety inspections and risk assessments
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes
- Organize and deliver safety training programs for all employees
- Monitor compliance with K3 regulations and industry standards
- Maintain accurate safety records and documentation
- Coordinate emergency response drills and safety audits
- Recommend corrective actions for identified safety hazards
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Engineering, Occupational Health, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in safety management role
- Certified K3 (K3 Umum/K3 Khusus) qualification required
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian safety regulations and standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in incident investigation and reporting techniques
- Certification in OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001 is advantageous
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
