Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive safety programs across all company project sites
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions
- Provide safety training and orientation to employees, subcontractors, and visitors
- Prepare and maintain safety documentation, including incident reports, inspection records, and training materials
- Stay updated on local and international safety regulations and industry best practices
- Coordinate with project managers to integrate safety protocols into daily operations
- Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety tools across all sites
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a safety role, preferably in the construction industry
- Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., K3 Umum or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of local safety regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify potential hazards and develop effective mitigation strategies
- Proficiency in safety management software and reporting tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
