Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular workplace safety inspections and hazard assessments
- Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies and procedures
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes
- Deliver comprehensive safety training programs for employees and contractors
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOLE, and other regulatory standards
- Maintain accurate safety documentation and incident reports
- Coordinate emergency response drills and safety awareness campaigns
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Safety, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in safety management or compliance
- Professional certification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., OSH, CSP)
- Strong knowledge of local safety regulations and industry standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and training facilitation skills
- Proficiency in safety management software and reporting tools
