Indolok Bakti Utama is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Safety Officer to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Raya. As a key member of our operations, you will be instrumental in upholding our commitment to health, safety, and environment (HSE) standards. You will play a critical role in mitigating workplace risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture of safety across all project sites.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily safety operations, conducting comprehensive inspections, and facilitating communication regarding safety protocols. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and enforce strict compliance with company HSE policies and national safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Organize and facilitate daily toolbox meetings to communicate safety risks and procedures to the workforce.
- Manage and issue work permits for high-risk activities, ensuring all safety measures are in place before commencement.
- Analyze safety incidents or near-misses and prepare detailed root-cause analysis reports.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of safety records, training logs, and inspection reports.
- Promote a proactive safety culture through continuous education and awareness campaigns among all staff.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience as a Safety Officer or in an HSE-related role.
- Possess a valid K3 certification (General K3 or Construction K3 preferred).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian safety laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with teams.
- Proficiency in using MS Office suite for reporting and data management.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple site locations effectively.
