Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive safety policies aligned with OHS regulations
- Conduct regular workplace inspections to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions
- Deliver engaging safety training programs for employees on job-specific protocols
- Investigate workplace incidents and near-misses to implement preventive measures
- Maintain accurate safety documentation and regulatory compliance records
- Collaborate with management to integrate safety into operational planning
- Stay updated on emerging safety technologies and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Engineering, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in occupational safety (Safety Officer 2) or 3-5 years (Safety Officer 3)
- Professional certification in OHS (e.g., OSH, NEBOSH, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of Philippine safety regulations and industry standards
- Experience developing safety training programs and materials
- Proficiency in incident investigation and root cause analysis
- Excellent communication skills for training and stakeholder engagement
