We are seeking a highly qualified Safety Officer 3 to join our team at OCS in Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and enforcing comprehensive health and safety policies across our manufacturing operations. Your expertise will ensure compliance with government regulations while fostering a culture of safety excellence. You'll conduct regular risk assessments, investigate incidents, and lead proactive safety initiatives to prevent workplace accidents. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments in manufacturing environments
- Develop, implement, and monitor health and safety policies and procedures
- Investigate workplace incidents and recommend corrective actions
- Deliver safety training programs to employees at all levels
- Ensure compliance with DOLE and other regulatory requirements
- Manage emergency response plans and conduct drills
- Maintain accurate safety documentation and prepare compliance reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve safety concerns
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing safety management
- Professional certification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., OSH, CSP)
- Strong knowledge of Philippine safety regulations (DOLE Order 13)
- Experience conducting risk assessments and incident investigations
- Excellent training and communication skills
- Proficient in safety documentation systems and reporting
- Problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
