Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily/weekly site safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and enforce compliance
- Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies aligned with government regulations and project requirements
- Investigate accidents, near-misses, and safety violations to determine root causes and implement corrective actions
- Deliver safety training programs for personnel, contractors, and visitors on equipment operation and emergency procedures
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies and maintain accurate safety documentation for audits
- Lead safety committees and promote continuous improvement initiatives across the project
- Monitor environmental compliance and waste management procedures on-site
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering, Occupational Health, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of construction site safety experience with government projects
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or NEBOSH certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's Workplace Safety and Health Act (WSH) regulations
- Experience with safety management software and incident reporting systems
- Excellent communication skills for training and stakeholder coordination
- First Aid/CPR certification and confined space entry training
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
