Stella International is currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Safety Officer (Electrical Safety) to join our manufacturing facility in Sukoharjo. In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our electrical safety protocols, ensuring that our operations remain safe, compliant, and sustainable.
You will be responsible for overseeing high-voltage safety standards, conducting rigorous risk assessments, and fostering a culture of safety across all manufacturing departments. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor electrical safety programs to minimize workplace hazards and ensure compliance with Indonesian HSE regulations.
- Conduct regular electrical safety audits and inspections on manufacturing equipment, machinery, and plant infrastructure.
- Lead fire safety initiatives, including the maintenance and testing of fire detection and suppression systems within the facility.
- Perform comprehensive risk assessments for all electrical installations and provide actionable recommendations for corrective actions.
- Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams to ensure all electrical repairs and modifications meet strict safety standards.
- Lead safety training and awareness sessions for staff regarding electrical hazards and proper lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation and incident reports, analyzing data to prevent future safety occurrences.
- Act as a key liaison for internal and external safety audits, ensuring all documentation is ready for regulatory inspections.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety (K3), or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an electrical safety or HSE role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Possession of a valid K3 (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja) Certification (General or Electrical specialty) is highly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of local electrical standards, regulations, and fire safety codes.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify potential electrical hazards before they escalate.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of influencing personnel at all levels to adhere to safety protocols.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and report management software.
- Ability to remain calm and decisive during emergency situations.
