We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Safety Officer to join our dynamic team in Bekasi. As our Safety Officer, you will work closely with project managers and site teams to mitigate risks, conduct thorough site inspections, and foster a proactive safety mindset among all personnel. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain site-specific health and safety management plans.
- Conduct daily site walk-throughs and safety inspections to identify hazards and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Lead and facilitate toolbox talks, safety induction training, and emergency response drills.
- Monitor the usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and maintain accurate site safety records.
- Investigate accidents, near-misses, and dangerous occurrences, providing comprehensive reports and corrective action plans.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure all work permits are strictly adhered to before hazardous activities begin.
- Maintain current knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and construction safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven professional experience in a Safety Officer or HSE role, preferably within the construction sector.
- Possession of a recognized Safety Officer certification (K3 Konstruksi / K3 Umum) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of local HSE legislation, ISO standards, and risk assessment methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence staff at all levels.
- High attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure in field environments.
- Proficiency in preparing safety documentation and technical reports.
