Join PT Winner Power Indonesia as a Safety Officer for our critical Data Center Tier 3 construction project in Cikarang Pusat. This pivotal role ensures the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance throughout one of Indonesia's most technologically advanced infrastructure developments. You'll implement rigorous safety protocols, conduct risk assessments, and foster a proactive safety culture among contractors and project teams. This position offers the opportunity to shape HSE standards in a high-stakes environment while contributing to a landmark project in West Java's growing tech corridor.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily safety inspections and audits at the Data Center construction site
- Develop, implement, and enforce HSE policies compliant with Indonesian regulations and Tier 3 standards
- Investigate incidents, near-misses, and accidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
- Deliver safety training programs and toolbox talks for contractors and project personnel
- Monitor compliance with PPE usage, emergency procedures, and site safety protocols
- Coordinate with project management and regulatory bodies on safety documentation and reporting
- Lead emergency response drills and maintain safety equipment readiness
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of HSE experience in construction projects, preferably data centers or Tier facilities
- K3 Umum certification or equivalent Indonesian safety qualification mandatory
- Strong knowledge of OSHA, ISO 45001, and Indonesian K3 regulations
- Certification in First Aid, Fire Safety, and incident investigation preferred
- Proficiency in safety management software and reporting tools
- Excellent Bahasa Indonesia and English communication skills
