Lintech Duta Pratama is seeking a highly vigilant and proactive Safety Officer (Safetyman) to join our dynamic team in Jawa Timur. As a critical member of our site operations, you will be responsible for upholding the highest standards of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) to ensure a zero-accident working environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and monitor Occupational Health and Safety (K3) protocols across all project sites.
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Lead daily toolbox meetings and deliver safety briefings to site personnel.
- Ensure full compliance with local regulations (Kemnaker/BNSP) and project-specific safety requirements.
- Manage the investigation of safety incidents and develop comprehensive reports with corrective actions.
- Maintain safety documentation, permits to work, and site safety logs.
- Coordinate emergency response drills and maintain safety equipment in optimal condition.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK Sederajat.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Safety Officer or HSE personnel in industrial/construction projects.
- Must possess a valid K3 certification (Kemnaker, BNSP, or Migas).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian safety laws and industrial regulations.
- Proficient in risk assessment methodology and accident reporting.
- Willing to be deployed to any site project across Indonesia as required.
- Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a disciplined professional attitude.
