Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement company-wide safety policies and procedures
- Conduct regular workplace safety inspections and risk assessments
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes
- Deliver comprehensive safety training programs to all employees
- Monitor compliance with local, national, and international safety standards
- Prepare detailed safety reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with management to promote continuous safety improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in safety officer role
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or OSH certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of OHSAS 18001 and ISO 45001 standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in safety management software and reporting tools
