Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and Monitor Safety Policies: Develop and enforce safety rules and procedures to ensure a hazard-free workplace.
- Conduct Risk Assessments: Perform regular site inspections and risk analyses to identify potential hazards.
- Incident Investigation: Investigate accidents and near-misses to determine root causes and prevent recurrence.
- Safety Training: Deliver comprehensive safety training programs to all employees and new hires.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, OSHA standards, and company regulations.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety records, incident reports, and compliance documentation.
- Culture Promotion: Foster a culture of safety awareness and encourage employee participation in safety initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
- Licensure: Professional License (e.g., RO1, RO2) or equivalent safety certification.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in safety management within the manufacturing or agri-business sector.
- Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of safety regulations, fire safety, and industrial hygiene.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for training and reporting.
- Leadership: Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team coordination and motivation.
- Driving: Valid Driver's License is a distinct advantage.
