Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive safety programs aligned with RA 11058 and OSH standards
- Conduct regular workplace safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to implement corrective actions
- Deliver safety training programs for warehouse staff and new hires
- Maintain accurate safety records and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with management to implement safety improvement initiatives
- Monitor regulatory updates and ensure continuous compliance with safety standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in occupational safety and health roles
- Deep knowledge of RA 11058, OSH standards, and local safety regulations
- Strong analytical skills for incident investigation and risk assessment
- Certification in Occupational Safety (e.g., OSH Practitioner) preferred
- Excellent communication and training delivery abilities
- Proficiency in safety management software and documentation systems
