Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor occupational health and safety programs in compliance with DOLE regulations.
- Serve as the primary Pollution Control Officer, ensuring full adherence to DENR-EMB guidelines and environmental permits.
- Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations to prevent future workplace hazards.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all safety events, training sessions, and environmental monitoring reports.
- Facilitate safety orientations and specialized training for employees to maintain high safety awareness.
- Monitor and manage industrial waste disposal processes to ensure compliance with environmental standards.
- Coordinate with management and regulatory agencies regarding safety inspections and compliance audits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Must possess valid certifications: BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health), BOSH 2, and COSH (Construction Occupational Safety and Health).
- Must be a DOLE-accredited Safety Officer III.
- Proven experience as a Pollution Control Officer (PCO) in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Philippine environmental and occupational safety laws.
- Excellent documentation, reporting, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical abilities with a proactive approach to hazard identification and risk mitigation.
