Nusantara Building Industries is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Safety Officer (K3) to join our team in Demak, Jawa Tengah. In this critical role, you will be responsible for upholding the highest standards of workplace safety and environmental protection (K3L) across all our operations. We are looking for a proactive individual who is passionate about maintaining a secure work environment and ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations.
As part of our team, you will work closely with management to identify potential hazards, implement safety protocols, and foster a strong safety culture among employees. Tanggung Jawab
- Conducting comprehensive safety inductions and training sessions for new employees and visitors.
- Performing routine on-site inspections and audits to ensure strict adherence to K3L regulations and company policies.
- Monitoring the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ensuring facility safety standards.
- Investigating accident reports, incidents, and near-miss events to determine root causes and implement corrective measures.
- Preparing and maintaining accurate safety records, reports, and documentation.
- Collaborating with project managers to develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for safety.
- Acting as a safety ambassador to promote a positive safety culture within the workforce.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Certification as a K3 practitioner or similar professional safety qualification is highly preferred.
- Previous experience in the construction or building materials industry is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian K3L regulations and workplace safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and instruct others effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
