Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and enforce compliance with OHS regulations and company safety policies within the BPO facility.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits of the site premises.
- Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and prevent recurrence.
- Develop, update, and distribute Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and emergency response plans.
- Provide comprehensive safety training, orientations, and refresher courses for all employees.
- Collaborate with management to implement safety improvements and ergonomic solutions.
- Maintain accurate safety records, incident logs, and regulatory documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Safety, or a related field.
- Professional License (e.g., PRC Registered Safety Officer 3).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a BPO or industrial setting.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine OSH Act and local safety regulations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to train large groups.
- Proficiency in safety software and reporting tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if required.
