This role is pivotal in maintaining our stringent safety standards and ensuring full regulatory compliance within our GMP-regulated pharmaceutical facility.

You will play a critical role in mitigating risks, conducting thorough inspections, and ensuring that every member of our team adheres to both local WSH regulations and international pharmaceutical manufacturing guidelines. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive EHS policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct regular site inspections and internal audits to ensure compliance with WSH (Workplace Safety and Health) regulations.
- Perform thorough risk assessments for all operational processes within the GMP-regulated facility.
- Coordinate and facilitate EHS training programs to foster a safety-first culture among staff.
- Investigate workplace incidents and near-misses, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure proper maintenance and documentation of safety equipment, including PPE and emergency response gear.
- Liaise with external auditors, government agencies, and stakeholders regarding safety performance and compliance reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certified WSH Officer (WSHO) registered with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
- At least 2-3 years of experience in EHS within a pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore WSH Act and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in incident reporting, data analysis, and safety documentation.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced industrial environment.
