Bumi Mas Jaya Perkasa is currently seeking a diligent and proactive Safety Officer (Safetyman) to join our construction team in Denpasar, Bali. In this role, you will be the cornerstone of our workplace safety culture, ensuring that all operations adhere to strict occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations and internal company standards.
As a Safety Officer, you will be responsible for identifying potential hazards, conducting thorough site inspections, and fostering a 'safety-first' mindset among all personnel on-site. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, the ability to communicate safety protocols effectively to field teams, and a commitment to preventing workplace accidents. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor daily construction activities to ensure compliance with K3 (Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja) protocols.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate operational hazards.
- Lead daily Toolbox Meetings to brief workers on potential site risks and required safety measures.
- Ensure that all workers utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) correctly at all times.
- Investigate any workplace incidents or near-misses and prepare detailed accident reports for management.
- Maintain comprehensive safety documentation and compliance records for project archives.
- Coordinate with site supervisors to implement corrective actions for safety non-compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School diploma or vocational degree (STM); certification in K3 Konstruksi is highly preferred.
- Proven experience working as a Safety Officer or in a similar site safety role within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Occupational Health and Safety (K3) regulations.
- Ability to remain vigilant and authoritative when enforcing safety standards on busy job sites.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to educate and influence site personnel.
- Physical stamina to perform site walk-throughs and inspections in varied weather conditions.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills for reporting and documentation purposes.
