Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies across all real estate project sites.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits to ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and Indonesian labor regulations.
- Lead incident investigation processes, including root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective actions.
- Organize and facilitate safety training programs and induction sessions for employees, contractors, and site visitors.
- Monitor site-specific safety equipment, including fire prevention systems and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) compliance.
- Collaborate with project managers to integrate safety planning into the construction and facility management phases.
- Maintain accurate safety records, incident logs, and reporting dashboards for regional management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in HSE, preferably within the Real Estate, Construction, or Property Management industries.
- Certified in K3 Umum (General OHS) is mandatory; additional certifications (K3 Konstruksi) are highly advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian safety laws, building regulations, and industry best practices (ISO 45001).
- Proven ability to manage safety audits and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to risk management.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office and safety reporting software.
