Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise workplace safety compliance across all mining operations
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and comprehensive risk assessments
- Ensure strict compliance with HSE standards and local regulations
- Develop and implement safety programs, policies, and procedures
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes
- Provide safety training and guidance to employees and contractors
- Monitor safety performance metrics and prepare regular reports
- Coordinate with regulatory agencies and maintain compliance documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in safety supervision, preferably in mining industry
- Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., OSH, K3, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian mining safety regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify potential hazards and develop effective mitigation strategies
- Proficiency in safety management systems and reporting tools
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
