Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive safety programs and OHS compliance systems
- Conduct regular workplace inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations
- Deliver engaging safety training sessions for employees and management teams
- Ensure adherence to local safety regulations and international standards (OSHA, ISO)
- Manage safety documentation, incident reporting, and corrective action plans
- Coordinate emergency response drills and safety committee activities
- Advise leadership on safety improvements and regulatory updates
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in safety supervision or EHS management
- Certification in OSHA, SMK3, or equivalent safety qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian safety regulations and industry standards
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in incident root cause analysis
- Exceptional communication and training abilities
- Proficiency in safety management software and reporting tools
