You will conduct daily facility inspections, oversee the maintenance of safety equipment, and maintain accurate logs to ensure we meet global safety standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily safety walkthroughs and comprehensive inspections of data center infrastructure.
- Monitor and maintain safety equipment, including fire suppression systems, emergency exits, and PPE inventory.
- Document safety incidents and near-misses with precision, providing detailed reporting to management.
- Execute and support emergency response drills and safety awareness training for site personnel.
- Ensure full compliance with local occupational health and safety (K3) regulations.
- Collaborate with facilities and engineering teams to address identified hazards promptly.
- Assist in the review and updating of site-specific safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3/D4) in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an industrial or data center safety environment.
- Valid K3 Umum certification is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in identifying workplace hazards and implementing corrective actions.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence safe behaviors among staff.
- Ability to interpret technical data and maintain accurate, high-quality documentation.
- Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Willingness to work in a demanding data center environment with flexible shift awareness.
