PT Mutiara Asia Makmur is seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious Safetyman to join our construction team in Mojokerto. As a key member of our project site, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) protocols to ensure a zero-accident working environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure strict compliance with all company safety policies, procedures, and national K3 regulations.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections and hazard identification audits to prevent workplace incidents.
- Lead daily safety tool-box meetings and briefings for workers and subcontractors.
- Manage the proper use and maintenance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by all site staff.
- Investigate any accidents, near-misses, or hazardous occurrences and document detailed reports.
- Monitor and enforce safe working practices for high-risk construction activities, such as working at heights and confined spaces.
- Maintain comprehensive safety documentation, logs, and permits required for the project duration.
Kualifikasi
- Must possess a valid, active Sertifikat Ahli K3 Umum from the Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker) RI.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Safetyman or HSE Officer role, preferably in the construction or industrial sector.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and safety regulations (UU K3).
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and enforce safety standards on-site.
- Physically fit and comfortable working in an outdoor construction environment.
- Disciplined, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under project deadlines.
- Must be willing to be stationed in Mojokerto, Jawa Timur.
