- Prepare and assemble salads according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
- Adhere strictly to food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper handling procedures
- Ensure consistent quality and freshness of all salad ingredients and finished products
- Interact with customers to understand preferences and provide menu recommendations
- Manage inventory of salad ingredients and communicate supply needs to management
- Maintain clean, organized workstation and equipment per health department regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment during peak hours
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in food preparation or restaurant service preferred
- Knowledge of food safety principles (HACCP) and sanitation best practices
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes precisely
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
