Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate sales records and customer databases.
- Assist the sales team with drafting contracts, agreements, and sales reports.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone and email with a professional and courteous approach.
- Process transactions and update property listings as necessary.
- Prepare and analyze monthly sales performance metrics.
- Organize office files and ensure efficient document management systems.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales administration or a similar role is an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Possession of a valid driver's license is preferred.
