Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, prospect, and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing corporate and individual clients.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential partners and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery for booked accounts.
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements to achieve win-win outcomes for the hotel and our clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies effectively.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial lead contact to final contract closing and account retention.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the hotel, travel, or tourism industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing sales team.
- Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Willingness to travel locally within Cavite and surrounding areas as required.
