Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and develop new corporate accounts to drive hotel revenue and market share.
- Execute daily outbound sales calls to prospective clients to introduce hotel services and promotional packages.
- Coordinate and conduct personalized site inspection tours for corporate decision-makers and travel planners.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and high satisfaction.
- Prepare professional sales proposals, contracts, and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery for corporate guests.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the hotel, tourism, or hospitality industry.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet aggressive sales targets.
- Willingness to travel locally within the Cavite area for client meetings and site visits.
