Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed annual revenue targets in the Singapore market
- Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and relationship building
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and deal closure
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to develop tailored solutions that address client needs
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and Tungsten Automation's product portfolio
- Prepare and present compelling proposals, presentations, and business cases to clients
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management using CRM tools
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5-7 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in enterprise software or automation solutions
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas in a competitive market
- Strong understanding of sales methodology and consultative selling techniques
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English
- Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Knowledge of automation, document management, or workflow solutions is a plus
