  • Identify and prospect high-potential leads through cold calling, email outreach, and professional networking.
  • Conduct professional discovery calls to understand client pain points and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations to key decision-makers.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and final closing.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline using CRM software to track progress and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Provide insightful market feedback to management to help refine our competitive positioning.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or high-volume account management.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and performance KPIs.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly.
  • Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a competitive environment.
  • Ability to travel or attend off-site client meetings as required.
