Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify potential business opportunities and generate qualified leads
- Present and promote digital advertising solutions to clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Track sales performance and report on key metrics
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in digital media or advertising
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the local market and advertising landscape
