From identifying new business opportunities through market research and networking to managing the complete sales cycle, you will ensure that Lec Steel continues to be the preferred partner for steel solutions. You will work closely with our internal operations, logistics, and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet our clients’ specific project requirements.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the client base in the assigned territory.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research within the construction and manufacturing sectors.
- Manage and nurture a portfolio of existing client accounts, ensuring exceptional service and high levels of customer retention.
- Conduct product presentations, site visits, and negotiations to close sales deals effectively.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence for the management team.
- Collaborate with the internal operations and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of steel products.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote brand awareness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in the steel, construction, or industrial manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with strong time management and territory management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Must be willing to conduct field work and client visits in and around Metro Manila.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
