Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with B2B clients in Jakarta Raya
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within assigned territory
- Present and sell company products/services to potential and existing clients
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service and satisfaction
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in B2B sales or account management (minimum 2-3 years)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is advantageous
