Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities to expand the customer base in Makassar and surrounding regions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective and existing customers.
  • Conduct effective negotiations to close deals and secure new contracts.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity plans to management.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in a Sales Account Executive or similar sales role, preferably in FMCG or packaging industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Familiarity with sales CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Residing in Makassar or willing to relocate.
  • A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Having a personal vehicle and a valid driving license is a significant advantage.
