Are you a high-energy sales professional with a passion for sports and brand partnerships? Bali United Football Club is seeking a dynamic Sales & Account Executive to join our team in Jakarta. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our commercial growth, managing the end-to-end sales lifecycle. You will identify new revenue opportunities, engage with potential sponsors and partners, and manage long-term client relationships to ensure the continued success of one of Indonesia's most prestigious football brands.

The ideal candidate is a natural networker, a persuasive negotiator, and a closer who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will represent Bali United in the professional sports industry, translating our club's values and reach into tangible value for our business partners.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our corporate partner portfolio.
  • Proactively generate leads through cold calling, networking, and industry research.
  • Conduct high-impact presentations and sales pitches to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and contract conditions with professionalism and precision.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to successful closing and contract signing.
  • Provide seamless account handover and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Track sales performance and report regularly on pipeline progress and revenue targets.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in sales, account management, or business development.
  • Strong understanding of the Indonesian sports sponsorship and advertising market.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel as required for client meetings and club events.
