Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities to expand market share
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Present product solutions tailored to client needs and business objectives
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet/exceed quarterly targets
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales/account management experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
