- Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and market research
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Present product solutions tailored to client needs and effectively communicate value propositions
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while meeting or exceeding monthly targets
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business objectives
- Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate CRM data
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to adapt sales approaches
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales or account management experience
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong customer focus with ability to build long-term relationships
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel within Ilocos Norte and surrounding areas
