Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic lead generation campaigns to identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct cold calls, emails, and social outreach to engage potential clients and decision-makers.
- Perform discovery calls to understand client pain points and present tailored solutions.
- Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate prospect and lead information.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Deliver professional product presentations and demos to prospects.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation efforts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or telemarketing.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
