Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic lead generation campaigns to identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct cold calls, emails, and social outreach to engage potential clients and decision-makers.
  • Perform discovery calls to understand client pain points and present tailored solutions.
  • Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate prospect and lead information.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Deliver professional product presentations and demos to prospects.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation efforts.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of proven experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or telemarketing.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
