Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand our client base in Nueva Ecija.
- Conduct professional presentations of life insurance products to prospective clients.
- Provide expert financial guidance and personalized insurance recommendations tailored to client needs.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Participate in regular company training sessions to stay updated on financial products and market trends.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and documentation for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Open to fresh graduates from any business-related degree (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Basic knowledge of financial services or insurance industry is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and mobile tools for remote/office coordination.
- Ability to demonstrate professional ethics and a high level of integrity.
