Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business leads to expand PTSI’s market presence.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts, ensuring high retention and satisfaction levels.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing structures to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine our value proposition.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in our CRM regarding client interactions and sales pipeline progress.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales or account management.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to identify client pain points and provide effective, scalable solutions.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to perform under minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software tools.
