Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and nurture existing key client relationships to ensure high retention and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and acquire new clients within related industries to expand the company’s market presence.
- Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities and generate high-quality sales leads.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal operations and support teams to deliver seamless logistics solutions to clients.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, negotiate contract terms, and close deals.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports and forecasts to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, with a preference for experience in the logistics or supply chain industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a focus on mutual benefit and long-term relationships.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
