Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for sales growth and market development? Optimal Laboratories Inc. is currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Account Executive to join our dynamic team in Manila. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our client base, nurturing long-term relationships, and driving revenue growth for our innovative laboratory solutions.

We are looking for a candidate who is proactive, persuasive, and capable of managing the full sales cycle—from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals and account management. If you possess a hunter mentality and a desire to excel in a high-growth environment, we want to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand our market reach.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, cold calling, and virtual/in-person meetings.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Develop customized proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value of our laboratory services.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasting and pipeline management through our CRM system.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales or account management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Knowledge of the laboratory or medical supply industry is a significant advantage.
