Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and existing clients to ensure high retention.
- Conduct professional product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client business needs.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service level agreements to close deals effectively.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline using CRM software.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports to track performance metrics and identify growth areas.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Proven track record in sales or account management, preferably within the IT or tech industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in Indonesian and proficient in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings when necessary.
