Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and existing clients to ensure high retention.
  • Conduct professional product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client business needs.
  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service level agreements to close deals effectively.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline using CRM software.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports to track performance metrics and identify growth areas.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in sales or account management, preferably within the IT or tech industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and proficient in English.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings when necessary.
